I'm not sure how to get back in the cities good graces.If this is in tech terrace, they tend to get a little bit of stricter enforcement as there are a lot of wealthy parents who own property there for their kids and can influence local politics because of their money and network.

LBJ Realty Holdings, LLC and Hollywood Fountain, LLC never produced the receipts to me (the ones they said they had) when I questioned about the additional $40.Also, to add some context, I am moving back to my home country and I feel like that situation made LBJ Realty Holdings, LLC and Hollywood Fountain, LLC think that they could take advantage of the deposit by absconding with extra cash (thinking that just because I am not in the US any longer, that it won't bother me).The investing industry is really small - I don't know if they were aware that tenants can also be people of influence, lawyers, doctors, business owners and investors themselves.

You would have no sphere of influence buying houses, your parents friends willstill view you as a kid and I'll be honest I wouldnot go with a teenager no matter how qualified unless it was your parents I was trying to build a relationship.

The property i mentioned is still in play though we did get some influence from a realtor over promising and also a relatively high appraisal report which was surprising as the comps don't add up, this property is a bit unique in that it does have the second unit.
