But if 3/1 is $500k and the condo is $400k located in the C neighborhood then the condo appreciation is pretty limited.These problems with condos is very local.Like any other thing on the investment industry, every investment is meh to ok to good but to create phenomenal return one needs to time it correctly and with lot of dig deeper analysis for adjustment.
