Real estate was a grand slam and everything else were singles.The truth is, investments are neutral and it is people combined with effort that make something great.  

I suspect the latter . and if its the fund and you just have a few grand into each one .. much like CF did in the day allowing 100 to 1000 dollar investors you right cost of attorney will exceed what you recoup for sure.

12 months (if that's how long it takes) is really not that long in the grand scheme of things and if it gets you closer to your next property...
