Now, it's slowly to become a common occurrence.I'm trying to get an idea of which route I should possibly take.I was thinking about starting a we buy houses website for here,  OR buy a piece of land (which is quite expensive now) and slowly build apartments on it (many places only zone for 3+1 so 3 apartments plus penthouse)Just looking for some advice or even your own personal suggestions on how you would go about something like this and getting your feet wet.

But it syncs with all of my credit cards and all of my bank accounts and Auto categorizes my expense and income items.During setup It pulled my property tax information automatically along with all my property characteristics, square feet the number of bd/ba all automatically.

I was using current income taxes reported by the country appraisers website and divided it into a monthly answer and rounded a little over (single digits) to be conservative.

Unfortunately most of the markets I'm interested in (and that I can afford) aren't near by and I also don't have a whole lot of personal experience or a ton of 'feet on the ground' already so to speak regarding the markets of interest.
