At best, the low bid contractor will be challenging to work with, especially on schedule, because they'll put your project on the back burner. 

My tanks in Cocke County next door to you are $36 per year per tank.If you can't do better, convert the thing to a wood burner and call it good.

Finding a good deal that has enough fat in the deal for all parties is not easy in today’s market.

Most of the premium used to pay fees and big fat commission check to the insurance agent who sold you the policy, and you are left with very little "cash value".
