Hey @Patrick Zepeda, I hate to be a negative nelly here but that is a tough area.We have looked there extensively and now that STRs in the Bend city limits are severely restricted, I would be a bit wary of that expanding to the county.Sunriver will always be a STR haven but prices are even more there.

The idea is to truly be an INVESTMENT manager instead of just a half assed “property manager” collecting rent.

Begin by setting up online tools for rent collection, maintenance requests, and communication with tenants.

What's going for New Jersey is we have a lot of well paying jobs, so the rental demand and collected rents and are very high in comparison to many other places in the country.
