I have to assume all landlords understand the concept of these kind of short term rentals and have provisions in their leases to cover it.I never took any of the discussion of how she got into this market as an endorsement of subletting in violation of a lease.Those who stopped the episode short should give it another listen.

@Michael A Swidorsky I don't have any referrals in the space you're looking for but you can just punch in "YOUR CITY or AREA" plus "ATTORNEY" into the search window above and check out a few bios and people's past endorsements to zero in on someone that fits your ticket.

@Dharmesh Shah  PS I am in no way endorsing any notes or the OP note product I just clicked his site and without registering you can see some of the notes he has bought and the % return they advertise  along with the asset location ,  as for quality you can get feel by the pictures the rust belt stuff appears to be whats known in the industry as low value assets.. and due diligences warrneted for sure

However, they haven't earned a complete endorsement from me as I discovered through different BP forums about the complaints against Mack.Issues with Mack InvestmentsTroubles and Issues with MackTenant reviews of Mack on YelpNow  some of the questions, concerns and allegations are answered in those threads but not all of them.Personally, I am immensely satisfied with the tour and have received a list of people for reference check from Mack.

I would contact the underwriter and see if the policy can be assigned to the wholly-owned LLC by endorsement along with payment of a special risk premium (this would be modest compared to a new policy).

When you get liability insurance for the LLC, you'll have to get an endorsement to cover you as well, because they sue you anyway. 

I would be very leery believing an endorsement from someone with 11 posts, most of which are probably endorsing this program

@Chris SeveneyWe need to cut down on the pre-bid initial DD time it takes to make bids on assets (noteproz seems to do that and Scott Carson endorses them).We also need an asset manager and a contact list and something that produce reports and something that we can upload our soft collateral to and maybe even have an interface or upload/download capability into QB.Thanks.
