Has anyone taken other courses and felt more empowered? 

We welcome everyone to our home.Having said that, I guess I can see where women traveling alone might feel more comfortable renting a room from other women.

Margins during covid were slim due to labor/staffing issues and inflation.As far as housing for pregnant women, I am not educated on that topic.  

*** I'd also love to get some great book recommendations from women authors.

They rescue sex trafficking girls/women and rehabilitate them so they can build a life for themselves.

Do your best to be able to qualify for conventional loans and bank as much cash in your war chest as you can between now and then to be able to make the most competitive offers.As for the Mrs....you have to discuss your goals.....men and women often think very differently on housing.   

You need to be empowered to be your own architect and connected directly with the rolodex of able professionals. 

It also helps to be surrounded with other badass women who are are like minded and making it happen. :)

If not you could mention the area and probably get more responses from locals.Your wife may be interested in joining the PowerHouse Women facebook group - they are all about helping women learn together by bringing in mentors with experience, and I think they are starting up a group for wholesaling next year.
