@Nikki Stromlund  OK enough is enough.. as we know when things like this happen.. those like you who are not really all that keen on posting on a public forum that you got scammed.. you can imagine all the others who either don't know about this site or others that have the same scenario.In my mind this all starts at Morris and ends at Oceanpointe.. 

I am keen on purchasing a property as soon as I can secure funding. 

I'm keen on MF development along the I-35 corridor and see positive developments there.  

While they certainly prefer not to pay more tax, the interest for US property purchases will remain and frankly it is likely to accelerate - simply because the Chinese are keen to get their child to go study in the US and their family to move to the US to enjoy healthy food and life.  

I've looked up this topic and have a keen interest in it.

I'll probably be traveling to Long Island in the Bahamas early next year to look at a few properties.I'd be happy to catch up for a conch salad in Nassau if anyone is keen?

I co-own a property management/REI start-up based out of Keene, NH.

Sequentially purchase multiple buy and holds, mainly focusing on commercial buildings, again one at a time.I'm keen to get perspective on the right number of entities to establish for both adequate protection and maximizing tax benefits.

They're also extremely responsive as are their key people - in the office and the field.My only issue is that they aren't as keen on the multiple loans.

Doubtless your right about the danger in my plan.
