I drove by the property and it doesn't seem too bad on the outside, however the garage looks like it is barely standing and the house to the left looks to be in horrible condition, almost to the point where I would be worried it would distract potential buyers from this house even after being fixed up.

Don't get caught up in the distractions as you get a little older.

Use your education/knowledge to help decide.Define your goal and your path to get there becomes less cluttered with shiny objects that can distract you.

For me, I get distracted easily, and it is easy for me to get off track focusing on step 2, when I should be laser focused on step 1.2) Make sure you find a lender who truly understands VA loans.

Does this ruin the signs or reduce their effectiveness since people will be distracted by the weather while driving?

So.....this situation has turned into a disaster.The first plumber was distracted by the loose toilet and chose to address that first. 

Onone other thing is to locate an office that is conviient and few distractions, if any.

Had my first kid last week and obviously got a little distracted!
