Advertise "we buy house as-is" display ads to this niche market. 

Hello All,My original post was removed for displaying my website, which I was unaware of, as I was not advertising my services, but rather trying to introduce myself.  

I am always compelled by well displayed data. 

The person should display good ownership.

If they offer a product that will work; get buisness cards or flyers from them to display at the property.If you can't find any lender who will do the loan, and you dont want to Finance it, walk away or make an outrageous low ball offer.

I think many women would see all those open shelves and think about how cluttered it would look with all their stuff on display.

It's unethical to collect someone's information through your website and then sell it to another investor. it is unethical to have 600 gmail accounts to contact investors and Agents on CL about their property only to collect their email address when they respond.It is not "very unethical" to be out of inventory, but still put up the floor product on a display for the people that are window shopping.

The proper forms will need to be used and your license displayed properly.

Most forums I've been on can display around 15-16 discussions per screen.

Then we will have the gurus talking about how to buy right and all those programs from 2010, 2011 and 2012 will be on display again, but seasoned investors have seen this, we know what to expect.
