A dog can destroy thousands of dollars worth of property in a short time.

They're lazy, greedy pigs who are looking to destroy people's financial lives by telling them, "Sell today and convert 100% of your equity into cash so you can pay all those taxes!"

These organisms can destroy a roof years before the 30 years they are suppose to last.

Both will pretty much destroy their credit for the time being.

I wouldn't waste my time, unless you're in some high end neighborhood with an HOA and it's absolutely essential.Tenants have a reputation for destroying lawns and landscaping because, um, they tend to do that.  

Also, why am I obliged to insure a property for more than I will happily take on the off chance it's completely destroyed?

@Ryan Haase  all mold issues we ever dealt with were tenant inducedthe number one was tenant using garbage bags for window coverings. since there kids destroyed the blinds we had in the home when they moved in.LOL  

Most of these areas are beyond help.. you can buy the stuff rehab it try to rent it only to have it destroyed by tenants within 24 months.

The fire started in the second floor living room and destroyed the second floor and the attic.
