It posts listings on so many different rental platforms... far more success than FF for me personally

If you're getting burnt on bad repairs it will help to use techs/subs that have some built-in accountability so you have some recourse if they burn you - whether its with their employer or a review on the platform you hired off of.

The interaction and entry of the guests, and marketing can easily be done remotely with keypads and various rental software platforms.

My goal for this year is to get as much "priceless" information from this platform, concerning all things investing, and later use it and PRO to start and maintain passive income from real estate investing. 

Excited to be a part of this community and learning from the large knowledgeable base on this platform.

I got an email today from this company where their entire platform is built out around assumable loan data.
