I downloaded the digital contents file and I do not see an MP3 file for the included audio book.

I'll be living in the owner-occupied unit that's in excellent shape, and I inherited some great tenants who have been there long term, pay fair rents, and are completely content in their unit that will eventually need some updating whenever they do move out.

I am still trying to find my way with all content here at BP!

They also cover building contents (i.e. furnishings) and loss of income.

After listening to Steve Rozenburg on BP and diving deeper into his content, it really opened my eyes to the fact that I have no idea how to run a business.
