Charity run places?

As a LO, the charity case client who wants to nickle and dime me over paperwork isn't going to close anyways, and so isn't worth working with.... sorry, but that's the reality. 

Charity won't help you for crap. 

Increasing rent, food, gas, taxes ect. are a fact of life that we have to deal with.Are you running a business or a charity?

In most cases, with a judgment in place, they can get help from charities.  

Sometimes, small glimpses of these states come to us - in helping others, in connecting, in altruistic acts, in charity - but overall, these states are elusive in continuous form.

You cannot afford to help out your parents, your in-law parents, your kids, siblings, nieces and nephew much with this kind of money, and we haven't even talked about donations your favorite charities and your goals in your golden years. $10k/month will not get you very far today or in your golden years.

Feeling sorry for someone, getting excited or rushed, or having any emotion at all has no place in tenant screening, this is a business not a charity and not following good guidelines you should have set in place in advance is recipe for loss of income.
