THAT's what a window repairperson will replace, NOT the whole window.If someone scratched my car, I would take it to my friend who runs an auto body shop and get the repair done for minimal cost, probably free. 

If so, my apologies in advance.My car is temporarily out of commission and I don't forsee me having it up and running again until at least 1-2 months, possibly longer.

I think you may be too anxious and I am not sure I would buy a home and take on more debt to pull cash out (borrowed money) to pay off your car. I

Nearby Apex and Cary have both seen huge population influxes as well as large increases in median property values.
