The stuff you find should match the things you/they already know about the house - who owns it, which bank holds the note (if any), the name of the people they bought it from (if not bought brand new), etc.Sometimes it takes a little digging through the county website to find the right property, and depending on the software the web site uses, it's not always easy to bookmark the page in your Web browser when you find the information you're looking for.

Which kills me as I know the stove was brand new.

Brand new to real estate investing, only experience I have in RE is buying my current house. 

Brand new to BP, I don't even have a picture yet, Haha.

I'm really brand new to real estate. the only experience I have is from bigger pockets podcast, a few books, and my father in law who has a few commercial properties. 

There are multiple brokerages of the same Brands here.

The GE Cafe package has more functionality (Ice dispenser, filtered water, Keurig, wifi), while the Viking has a stronger luxury brand. 

Do you think this is a good combination and are there any suggestions on what brands to use?
