The real question is: what were the congressmen drinking when they concocted all of this?

We're mainly drinking buddies and our kids play sports together, but I think I'd be foolish not to have this conversation with a few of them and just see where it goes.  

If they refuse spit in their coffee when they are not watching and take a picture of that green brown yellow loogie floating in their coffee, and when they finished drinking it, ask for their number, then run away and once you are in your car send them a pic (or video even better) of that monster loogie and them drinking and chewing on that fat slimy loogie and then say in the text, if you only had given me their info.

What if you aren't necessarily trying to sit on a beach drinking Appletinis and in fact enjoy fixing and working on houses?
