On the flip side, DC has one of the youngest ages compared to other states & territories--lots of young people move there, and lots of old people move out to go to places like WV....of course, the issue becomes more complicated when considering states like FL, which seem to have an influx of both old and young people...Needless to say, it's a complicated issue with a lot of factors at play...

The Management story is a whole other  thing, needless to say - I went to the Big company route - thinking it was safe and all the red tape tenets had to go through to get in - my property and my rents would be safe - but it didn’t work out - I lucked into another person starting up their own management business and now she manages all 15 of mine and 35 total.

Also plant a crawling grass in there they need less water but are hard to establish.

Needless to say, you will also get higher rates, just more highs and lows in your cash flow.

And needless to say, be cognizant of that 5 year deadline.

Needless to say, nothing has peaked my interest.

Nice flooring with a wow factor may rent your place a little faster, but I'd wait until it is ruined before spending needless money.  

Needless to say I want the Agent we choose to be part of our team in the coming years.

Needless to say we're both frustrated..However, nothing has been established..i'm gonna meet w/ him tomorrow and discuss the details such as appraiser, proof of equity, etc... i didn't commit to him and can always pass on it.

If you buy a fully rehabbed property, it will need less major repairs in the near future than a property that hasent been renovated.
