Thanks, Gary....I will take pic tomorrow....i spoke to one soffit guy he say the roofer should do it...I don't know if he thought it was too small of a job, We didn't go around the house.

@Joe Matthews suggest you read the millionaire real estate investor by Gary Keller. the strategy is sound and what I use to model my own goals, with a few tweaks.basic jist is think, buy, own, and receive a million. so buy a million in property before paying off the mortgages. sounds like you have the think part down so be persistent and you'll get there!

My favorite two when I was starting was the "Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller and "The Book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner.  

I would read "The One Thing" by Gary Keller, it will help you put your goals into focus.

Without any financial literacy, it tells you how to manage the finances of your properties and business.I'd also recommend Gary Keller's The Millionaire Real Estate Investor because of the practical tips offered in the book.
