Previously, under the Chevron doctrine, when a court determined that a statute was ambiguous or that Congress had not directly addressed the precise issue in writing a given law, the Court, rather than applying their interpretation of the law, would instead defer to the regulatory agency’s interpretation.

We are the ones coming in and returning dilapidated & distressed houses, some that have been vacant and sources of problems with drugs and squatters for many years, back into functioning homes to communities that desperately needs affordable housing... where we are actually resented by the cities, placing one barrier after the next in front of you... 

cap ex/maintenance is not a function of rent and I dislike that BP represents it as such.  

I am under writing a small 2 tenant brand new building that the franchise i am would be one tenant and the other one ideally a restaurant but not signed yet. 

Anyone in SOCAL familiar with how to write that off on our taxes?

Our apartments are a bit funky layout-wise which doesn't help to fill them quickly when they turn.In general if you have a functional apartment in Bloomfield with parking, you should have no problem renting it. 

At that point, it's always good practice to check the system to see if it's functioning properly.  

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

There is actually great demand in this area so I wouldn't write it off as a bad area at all!

But I didn't care because of write off's and appreciation.
