#1 - You are not required to have your driveway in perfect condition, it's totally up to you as to how nice (or bad) you want your property to look.#2 - As @Theresa Harris said, just pressure wash it if you do anything, if you apint it, you'll be painting it again in a year or two.#3 - Never let a tenant do anything to your property.

I love section 8 because it guarantees a certain % of rent, the tenants really value that housing voucher and won't do things to risk losing it, and section 8 has strict criteria for condition of the unit which adds a layer of accountability on my property manager.

Folks in tech industry is already got wiped out in this aspect lol in 2023 lol But one thing that would replace agent very fast is AI research from company like Docusign , when they could generate and automatically write a negotiation template in 5 minutes where my grandma can use it, there's almost no need for realtor especially if the house condition/inspection is clean enough.
