My guess is you'd find those on campus are there because of limited availability off campus and would pay fairly high rents (dorms are extremely expensive) if something was available and close.As for all the green nonsense and single handily changing the supply/demand dynamic in an entire city or world... you know what, I operate in an ethical manner.
