So total I invested almost $1000.00 and had no deals, however, now I also don't have any headaches that may have come with either of those two deals.I took about 8 months off from looking then I ended up finding a little gem in the rough.The thing I have learned here from BP, and life, is to go with your gut.

Maybe bad luck.Additionally rent rates don't seem to be keeping up with the increase in price of properties so finding a good deal I'm assuming is a challenge unless you find an off market gem.

Overvalued right now in my opinion is multifamily.There are some CMBS loans coming due but that is a small part of the market from the vintage loans.
