The clerk commented that (at least in my county) if someone was in danger of losing their property to a tax sale and CAME IN AND DISCUSSED THE MATTER IN PERSON it would not be unusual that a payment plan could be worked out so that the property could be saved.

And will pay more for it.  4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and maybe a den (i hear people dont really pay for more than 4 bedrooms unless youre in an area with unusually large families) is a big house.
