I heard the newest key indicators are super markets, public transportation, co-working spaces in the area, decrease in crime.

Maybe you have better public transportation than I did. 

Unfortuanately I don't have a car while at school so transportation is kind of hard.Does anyone have advice as how to be able to still do deals with minimal transportation?

We have phones, electricity, the internet, mail, transport, and everything we need to conduct business.
