We do have an agreement just like Evolve or Vacasa, and then the owner would pay us a percentage of the monthly stays. 

We have for example a small outfit called Wisconsin Legal Blank, hands down the most evolved forms for our State.

I have decided that my skills lie in spreadsheets, analysis, and careful due diligence and thus I arrived at the conclusion that I should start my career as a real estate developer/investor.I recently loaded up my Kindle with books and bought a ticket to Costa Rica where I will spend most of my time working on organic farms or in hotel resorts, photographing the multitude of species of reptiles and amphibians and ravenously devouring real estate knowledge.  

It's interesting because our initial intention wasn't to call the owners, but it sort of evolved to us cold calling only.

I spoke to Evolve and they said that properties that rent more would be 4 bedrooms with good amenities.

Not to be generalizing but..... actually I don't care....STR travelers are a slightly more evolved class of people.

I have noticed that marketing is evolving into more of a digital process these days.
