But surely if you are not an expert at it, I would steer clear.Second thought - I cannot recall the last time I ever entered into a contract with a non refundable deposit and zero inspection period - that right there is a red flag to me.

The 2nd picture kitchen one I can't really see the kitchen just the kitchen from the living room but the pictures don't scream granite counter and stainless steal- I can barely see most of them.Maybe move the couch a little bit away from the window and add some window trimmings- maybe red to match your pillows - move the black chair from where it is and center that living room table- put a flower arrangement on living room table- maybe clear glass with red flowers to match pillow cases again- doesn't have to be flowers- could be just some little nick nacks on that table- just something intresting- normally if you dont go with flower you can try nick nacks in odd numbers like 3.

You generally need to have a separate business bank account for each LLC in the Series, and there are a few other things you need to do to keep the liability separation you really want - but overall it saves on administrative red tape and filing fees....

I looked at them for a property I own in Redding, when I was thinking of doing a Vacation rental type use, but the County wouldn't allow it (even though I have 20 acres) There's so many different types of manufactured housing these days, from the simple manufactured to the more upscale Stillwater Dwellings, etc.

From a licensing point of view you will need two licenses, the MLO and a consumer lending license for the company.The exception to that rule is if you are financing a home that you actually lived in for two years or more and it was your declared primary residence on your income tax forms.Even with the licenses go a plethora of compliance issues from Red Flag to Debt Collection practices, and everything in between.
