@Alec Khlebopros What I typically do are scheduling tours close to one another, so tenants can either view the property at the same time or simultaneously. 

@Matt Ferch the two can be true simultaneously, it is happening but you also can't count on it in initial analysis.

Some are not local to my area but since I lived in the Chicago area for a few short years, I'd like to simultaneously learn that market, as well as Kansas City, where I live.
