Awhile back I fell for a scam while trying to learn real estate.

Would it still be considered a scam if they work in escrow?

you have to admit, that when you post on here offering your advice and asking people to contact you for more "free advice", you are hoping that some of those leads turn into dollars for you.It's 2017 and people are being scammed left and right, even on this wonderful site. 

I have seen a few out there but they all come across like pyramid scams or an advertisement for the next most expensive conference. 

I have gotten a ton of scam artists from all over the world using Craigslist.

Is it just a scam to try and build a list of home buyers for a realtor?

It will make everyone else an easier target of this scam than yourself.

That being said, I think the cost of college tuition is the biggest scam perpetuated on this generation of Americans.

Any of the program's that make outrageous claims automatically scream scam to me.
