I am based in northern California (Fremont), and would ideally like to find MLS search service that is not restricted to a certain region/a few counties since I plan to invest in central valley/Sacramento/Fresno/Turlock/Tracy area in California. 

Right now there are 46 2-4-plexes for sale in Plymouth County at $680 or less, excluding short sales.There are 151 in Bristol County, the vast majority being in Fall River and New Bedford. 

As I understand it Tampa's a nice place, with good investment potential.I'm trying to escape Silicon Valley, myself.

@Natalie HahnI think you've kinda missed the boat for the Bay Area to be honest... people are moving OUT of the Bay Area into the Central Valley (Stockton) and Sacramento.Sacramento is #7 in the nation for Rent Growth in the country:https://www.bizjournals.com/sacramento/news/2019/01/10/sacramento-is-7th-on-list-of-top-rent-growth.htmlMakes sense, as everyone coming from the Bay Area is used to paying WAY more for housing, so everything in the central valley looks like a screaming deal. 

It's on a long street name, Apple Valley Road. 

If you want to attend RE meet ups in the Lehigh Valley area, @Justin Brown sets up one in the Allentown area.

Specifically, someone that works in the Merrimack Valley or north of Boston.

The Yakima valley is a great place to invest and there is a great community of investors here as well.
