I actually came here to BP for a different real estate reason and it was then that I saw this tremendous onslaught of negative reviews and information regarding their company.We had considered them because we felt it would be a good fit to take some of the stress and anxiety out of buying our first performing rental asset, but it seems MANY investors are finding that to be the exact opposite.

Annual recurring revenue is great but I think the slice of the pie is too much to ignore them taking a larger portion of the payment instead.

@Chad UrbshottFunny enough my boyfriend and I were debating on adding the second bath.....I have a couple of friends that have been flipping for the last couple of years and they ALWAYS add a second full bathroom.....Thanks for the confirmation....that just goes to show how critical it is to have that second full bath.....TO ALL : The hud house I was looking at sold to owner/occupant right before bidding was opened to investors....however it was good to experience some of the anxieties that play a roll in making such a big investment....and it was awesome to reach out to a community of knowledgeable investors for some help!!!

- As far as software costs go, I don't mind recurring or one time fee options.- I have a property management company take care of that side of the business and an accountant that does my taxes, I just need a real estate focused bookkeeping solution.- This is probably true, but I put time into learning QB and still didn't find it intuitive.

I have not yet invested in real estate though I am a graduate student and will be graduating next May and hope to jump into it as soon as I know where I will be living (due to my full time job options).I am analyzing properties using the BP Rental Analyzer and have a recurring question.
