As already stated, many real estate offices will not allow property management.

An official county assessment will breakdown the value of the land from the buildings.There should be whole report from the tax assessor or county clerk’s office.

Put together a team with a real estate person, someone to look after your property, loan officers, builders, and bookkeepers.

Give a loan officer a call and work through your options that way.
