NY was famous for taxing NJ and MA residents who commute to work in Manhattan.

I know PF Chang was always a solid restaurant.  

I am using them to set up a Land Trust and Wyoming LLC for a PF cabin.

And should a bull market create capital gains, the city and state have enacted a “flip” tax on properties that sell for over a certain amount, that amount now includes 95 % of the properties in Manhattan.  

He had burning desire to expand the family real estate business from queens to manhattan.  

PF people tend to prefer the attractions, Dollywood, and the shows.

I recently looked into buying a condo in manhattan and just the monthly HOA fees were close to 1650.

In NJ i think you need to look west or south, away from Manhattan and where public transportation is not a key factor.

Lower East Side, Upper Manhattan, Williamsburg, Bushwick, South Bronx,etc etc  These were all ghetto neighborhoods that nobody would even think of buying in.
