If the market tanks again I'd be back looking at properties with better appreciation potential etc. etc.If I see a 2% property I know something is likely a wrong but it's rare enough that it's probably worth a look to peel it back and see if that/those issues can be mitigated enough to offer a higher return than normal.

Horrible choice by the previous owners as its peeling due to poor adhesive from the factory.

That's how tenants F up your walls, leaving you to deal with the peeling paint.In the end, I just take on a 'take it or leave it' attitude.I hire a cleaner, and they never do a 100% job.

Needs painting and some dry wall fixed, I noticed the skylights seem to have paint peeling and little black around the edges, may need to be replaced.

Clean up any visible mold.Wear a disposable N-95 respirator mask.

There was a sign outside saying masks were optional because it was your God-given and Constitutional right to choose.
