Although, I have recently ran across BP again and have been trying to do it right this time by navigating all of the resources, set my profile up, digging into forums, etc. 

Mainly it's a matter of ignorance and simple curiosity in the small towns (population 95% white) around here.As one small example, one of my best friends is South Korean and she's gotten a lot of dumb questions - including one or two people asking whether she speaks English.

Whatever you end up doing, take the MHU bootcamp, or at a minimum, buy their home study course to help navigate the waters of parks as I would recommend buying a city sewer and city sewer park if possible for park 1.Also, don't get me wrong about parks like this, if you just want something close by home and strictly for the cash flow , this could be something for you.
