I certainly would not want to be the one left standing when the music stops.

The hardest part right now for her is the effect this has on her co-workers that didn't do 1 or 2 above.The music will stop one day. 

What's happening here is what happened to music with the ipod, video with streaming, pc games with Steam, etc...technology came that allowed something to be faster, cheaper, and easier. 

I really want to be able to run a sort of music retreat/recording studio out here, surrounded by nature but still pretty close to the city.

As an example, retail that sells physical books, music or videogame media except in very niche scenarios will have a hard time competing with the web.

I have no interest in being highly leveraged with no equity to backstop me if and when the music stops.Take care!

If the music is too loud and there is a complaint, they send a letter to you and the tenant...just to name a few.  

I'm looking into buying a piece of land on which to build a multi-use music/video studio-type building (likely modular).I'm having trouble deciding if the price is right and am looking for some guidance.
