(it's a tough task - so many posts to go through, ive been up reading since yesterday morning LOL!)

I heard that the deathtoll this morning (2 Sep) is at 8.

If I'm under the gun rehabbing a property, I spend pretty much dawn till dusk on site (and sometimes late into the early morning) as I've found that people who see a for rent sign in the yard and work being done to the property are my hottest tenant prospects.

I had one person tell me this morning that this is going to "end REO investing as we know it".

I am not going to get stuck with the bill for a bunch of material I do not need, and a mechanics lien does not pay my crew on Monday morning!

Anyway, I went in yesterday morning and discovered that the shelf in the cupboard next to the sink is badly bowed from fluid damage.

I had a buyer with a prior contract on this house but they could not get financed - so the agent with the management property emailed me this morning to let me know that they have reduced the amount that they would accept.
