Our hourly income is so high that I could never even consider working for anyone else (since I dropped out of college and lack the engineering/accounting/medical degree I'd need to make more from a job).When I started the business, I had imagined I could grow to several trucks run by lower paid guys, sit back, and enjoy a passive income.

This is fairly common with medical professionals (EG: dentists) who want to seperate their assets, shelter their income from taxes, and own the medical facilities they operate out of. 

I have several rental properties, and I am inclined to not run background or credit checks on students that are in professional graduate school (medical,dental, PA, optometry, etc) because I know the requirements of the school will not permit students with a criminal history, and they are funded by loans or parents and don't have much credit history anyway.  

Regarding this very real concern about rising health care costs, especially for  those with families who depend on them, an HSA account is a very useful tool to help fund medical expenses.  

I'm a medical student full-time and have been active in real estate investing for over a year now (did 4 flips last year).

It is considered a mixed use building 2 story top floor was apartments 1st floor converted to medical offices.

My wife, children and I are moving out towards Middletown NY for Medical School.

Medical payments to others is just $1,000. 

I am currently under contract to buying a medical office building.

I have been on BP full time (about 8 hours) a day because I have been medically recovering.
