In fact I have had one person wanting to learn to Fix-and Flip and I invited him to one of our projects and strapped on him a tool belt and put him to work. 

The last tenants were neighbor-from-hell, drunk & drugged out, criminal trespassers who habitually abused my property during all-night parties with numerous friends and relatives.

But I was surprised to run across a severely neglected one that is owned by Invitation Homes.Has anyone tried buying vacant homes from them? 

I tried numerous times to move my mother in with me but she was now in love with her capture.

We want to refinance under our LLC's name but numerous lenders have told us that they'll only refinance under an individual's name.  

I told them numerous times, both verbally and in writing, that the rent must be paid on time every month, yet they continue to break the terms of the payment terms per the rental contract.

I have been invited by a fellow that is a member of Biggerpockets to be involved in buying and selling single family homes and I might go into that because of my brother who has plenty of experience and is knowledgeable in that field and he has offered to help me.The reason I chose apartments is that I have been convinced of it ultimately because of all I have learned that it is the best way to go long term and ultimately you can hire a Property Management Company that will take care of the daily operations and that managing a property management company will not very time consuming. 

Though there are NUMEROUS situations in which this is not true.Hope this helps!
