Sent my flyer across the internet to agents I know and offered 3% commission if they had someone looking.

I am very selective about whom I work for and with…I believe in being professional at all times….. including on the internet.

I have been doing some reading on RE investments and have decided on several areas of which I would like to concentrate on in RE investment:1) preforeclosures2) court house auctions3) REOsHowever, I have so far found that preforeclosures were already jumped by others and owners do not want to talk.

I've looked into distressed, forclosure, tax lien properties but have not yet decided what I should concentrate on.
