Innovation is the key, still deals out there.

Anyhow, LP is a solid product, and I don't know Danny but it looks like he's out to do the right thing and he'll keep innovating on his product, so it keeps us on our toes :-) Our prices aren't the lowest and never will be, but the long-term ROI that people are getting are insanely high.But the main reasons people join InvestorCarrot and the reason people stick w/ us... 

This is ideal but don't sweat if you do not have separated plumbing as we have our innovative meters that can help with that too.Here is a break down on both options:Pricing for the whole system of the plug and play meters and routers run anywhere from $65 per apartment unit if the plumbing is separated.

@Matt Groth the economics argument would be a novel to fully type out, but every major breakthrough in innovation throughout history have cause certain industries to go obsolete.

While the standard MLS platforms are undoubtedly valuable, I'm curious to explore innovative strategies and platforms beyond the mainstream.

The technologies, and innovations w/I those context have changed the world.  

My fiancé and I purchased a 1BR condo in Nov. 2017 and another in May 2018.

It is only with this attitude of willingness that innovative real estate transactions are designed and implemented.
