I guess I should ignore these comments, but it is difficult, makes you second guess yourself.

We had lots of showing, and rented one of the units very quick (although there was some red flags we ignored in our tenant screeening, which eventually lead to having to evict them).  

@Don Harris, you can block them by clicking on the three green dots on the right of the post, and click "Ignore User"

They're not going to rely completely on what you give them, but they also shouldn't completely ignore it.  

In either case, the rental mortgage is ignored for calculating DTI.You say you're working with a lender. 

I've gotten emails from three different contacts there, one asking me to verify my account, another asking me how great my experience was and if I have any questions and a third giving me helpful hints and tricks.I've responded with all the info they want, they take FOREVER to get back to me (and maybe I'm impatient here, but I'm used to responses from people like this within a couple of hours, not 8-12, especially when THEY email ME) and they're ignoring my responses and asking for the same information multiple times. 

There are states where it's cool, places where it's as bad as a parking ticket, and places where they either ignore or go gangbusters over it. 

I would be very interested to see a judge ignore such a request. 

@Dana Hoffman: IMO, you over look/ignore that rental availability is down.
