Have you thought of selling the hoses and using the $1,000,000 to buy larger apt complex?

Doctors built new offices offices went up all over the place.Who is really going to get hosed tho in this whole deal of course is those with no insurance.. and worse yet investors with no flood insurance as they don't even qualify for any fema bene's...

Next time it rains see where the water flows or if you can’t wait get out the garden hose and test suspect areas. 

So our neighbor here is very finicky about his lawn and keeps a soaker hose on daily on the side of his house, which is uphill and about 10' away from our house and where the pier holes were opened up.  

Damaged my dryer hose so he could run an extension cord to the basement to steal my electricity (I took pictures).I gave him notice that I am ending his lease effective June 30.  

The neighbors' friends are sleeping in their cars in the parking lot, people are coming and going during the night, noisy during the night, using the water hoses to bathe.

I've sprayed chemicals, cleaners, hosed it down, etc. and it STILL has the smoke smell. 

For example, if you're affiliate with a landlord association, use non-burstable water hoses, or install small automatic fire extingushers over your stove tops - you can earn a significant discount.

Without more parking, we're hosed when it comes to finding strong commercial tenants.Our potential salvation lies in with the neighbors.
