Maybe the old "alcohol and healthcare are recession-proof" adage hah!

My wife and I used to live in Vacaville when doing travel healthcare contracts...I'd always go run at Pena Adobe.As a senior, at least here in Houston, you'd get the standard 25k standard homestead exemption (deduct 25k from your assessed value when calculating tax rate) + 10k senior exemption (I think that may only be applied to the school district tax though). 

The State of Texas must file a claim against the estate of deceased Medicaid recipients who received long-term healthcare benefits 55 or older.

An example would be an outpatient facitliy, it may not be a name brand to the general public, but very well may have a strong regional healthcare system signing the lease.

Our housing market is hot like the rest of the country and with an aging population we have high demand for healthcare employees.

Seems like it is up and coming with healthcare, education, and start-ups as the drivers. 

We decided to offer both units at a substantial discount to healthcare providers .

However, as someone who travels a lot and is always researching, reading and trying to look at things through a different view, I think the area is amazing but not enough to be top 5.Raleigh/Charlotte has huge potential and is ever expanding in both the health care industry and technology sector. 

Is it because the Canadian Citizen gets good free health care and the rest of the world does not use their health care?
