There's incredible demand here and growth, yet most of Florida and this area included, has really only just begun on a national stage.

The growth here has been significant, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations, including two data centers.

We are cash flow break-even, but we love the steady equity growth that requires nearly zero bandwidth to self-manage.
