Now I have 2 Moen faucets as spares as she went with Kohler instead.My preference is Kohler for every fixture BUT their toilets with that large cylindrical flush valve constantly fail, so we go with Am.Std.

It worked out in the end and i made money but at the time i thought i flushed like $30,000 down the toilet.

They purged all the air out of system and flushed in fresh water.

I am calling this market "the tu*d flush segment" of the the r.e. cycle, as now is the time to get rid of under performers, declining area's and such for full value!

  #2 Remove the electric meter and cut the grey line below the box and flush with the house... its getting cold now, they'll be gone in a couple days. 

The bottom cabinets you move into place and secure to studs in the back and through the face frames to keep the fronts flush (shim as needed).

Try to get the bottom as flush as possible to the bottom of your build-out.

In both cases, it's the toilet, and the water didn't shut off completely after the flush.

Toilet paper is meant to be flushed.
