My business exploded this year and I think now is the time to form an LLC.

The reason being these old units tend to EXPLODE if left off the grid for too long.  

Lift the burden of a totally corrupt tax system from the shoulders of our American workers and businesses and then stand back and see our productivity and growth explode.

I'm not sure if the prices in 29 Palms have exploded like they did in JT, but it looked promising to me and worth further investigating. 

For example if mass layoffs where to happen - but instead we have record low un employment rates.Here is my only caveat: record boom markets like TX and FL could see some sort of a technical correction and prices could soften there after exploding - correcting an exuberance.

So here we are, and here I am trying to take advantage of the booming economy and exploding housing market. 

If your handy you can do it yourself but if your squeamish about rodents your going to do a half-*** job and the population can QUICKLY explode.

I've seen plenty of improvement in some of Baltimore's better quality neighborhoods, but overall I'm not sure why DC's population has exploded while Baltimore's has diminished and the city has continued to deteriorate over the decades. 

We sold it, walking away with $43k that we rolled into our first small business, a CrossFit gym in downtown San Antonio.  10 months later the gym is exploding and were counting our blessing each and every hour.
