If the company decides to price gouge you, then you can look at your options for recourse.It's probably worth mentioning that the endorsement to cover this is usually pretty cheap, and I always recommend including it in a policy.

@Ming LimI wouldn't bother with the 10-yr term mortgages, the interest rate delta usually negates any false peace of mind.In fact, I would endorse using 5-year term, variable rate mortgages and hedging the interest rate yourself.

I believe we should all consider our audiance as it continues to grow to put our best foot forward.I'm really looking forward to the new PM system, hopefully that will be a big plus for us to communicate.....which brings me to another point;I don't follow and make connections with others here, not because I'm being snobby or don't like anyone, but I can see that as an endorsement of sorts and I simply don't endorse others as I never know who will come up with what scheme, program or mess up with some other member.

I've done several things I thought were investing - I went to Seattle University and finished my degree in Finance, I have worked in the banking industry for the last 5 years on a wealth management team, I even studyed 2 months for my Life, Series 6/63/65 endorsements.
