Do you need to refinance quickly to avoid a balloon payment or other financial pressure?

Hey BP,I’m looking to ramp up my deal flow for flips and wholesales and considering inbound lead generation services.

Keep in mind studios and 1 bedrooms tend to have higher turns. 

I'm planning to do that for each of my two sons when they move out and go to school. 

The other heirs did not agree to the sale.
